Envirotag provides a thirty (30) day warranty on the Shoo!TAG™ to exchange or refund the product if defective in workmanship where used under normal use and conditions pursuant to manufacturer's instructions. To claim this warranty, you must return the product and packaging or barcode to the place of purchase with the following information: the original sales receipt showing proof of date of purchase, a description of the defect, and your name and mailing address. Upon receipt of all require documentation, the store will refund your money.
